ravioli sunday

I'm reading The Lost Ravioli Recipes of Hoboken, by Laura Schenone, and it inspired me to whip up a batch of my favorite spinach and ricotta ravioli.

Like childbirth, you tend to forget how much work is involved. Even so, its a joy to have a batch safely tucked away in the freezer. It was all made easier because of a cold and snowy day swirling about outside -- all in all, a perfect way to spend most of my day. Yum, yum, yum!.
