I spy pie...

Mmmmmm... my favorite! I've been making this same pie nearly every Thanksgiving for the past ~20 years and it has never failed to be adored by all. I think what makes it so delectable is the pairing of honey and pumpkin. The recipe is from the New York Times Natural Foods Cookbook (Jean Hewitt, c. 1971). Top it with some lightly sweetened whipped cream and it can't be beat!
